Garlic Cloves , minced
2 tbsp  Coconut Sugar
1 tbsp  Toasted Sesame Oil
1 tbsp  Rice Vinegar
1 tbsp  Fresh Ginger Root , grated
1 tbsp  Sesame Seeds
0.5 tsp  Red Pepper Flakes
0.5 tbsp  Corn Starch
For The Veggies & Chickpeas
1 tbsp  Toasted Sesame Oil
0.5  White Onions , cut into large chunks
Large Carrots , thinly sliced
Red Bell Peppers , chopped
Broccoli Heads , chopped into florets
400 g  Chickpeas , canned, rinsed and drained
