For The Tofu
400 g  Firm Tofu , pressed for 15 minutes until cubed
0.5 tsp  Garam Masala
0.5 tsp  Garlic Powder
1 tsp  Cornstarch
1 tsp  Vegetable Oil
For The Sauce
1 tbsp  Flora Plant Butter Unsalted Alternative to Butter
0.5 cups  Onions , thinly sliced
Garlic Cloves , minced
2 tsp  Ginger Puree
0.5 tsp  Ground Cumin
1 tbsp  Ground Coriander Seeds
0.5 tsp  Ground Cardamom
0.5 tsp  Ground Cayenne Pepper
Bay Leaves
Cinnamon , a good pinch
60 ml  Tomato Paste
0.5 tsp  Sugar
0.5 tsp  Salt , divided
450 g  Canned Coconut Milk , reserve 2-3tbsp of coconut cream for garnish
3 tbsp  Almond Flour
Cilantro , for garnish
Red Pepper Flakes , for garnish
