We’re thrilled to announce a feature we just know you’ll love: Family Subscriptions! Now, you can share the power of Mealeez with your entire household using just ONE active PLUS subscription. And the best part? There is no extra cost to do so!

We know how important it is to keep everyone in your family safe and healthy, especially when dealing with allergies or dietary restrictions. We also know that living with allergies can sometimes result in more expensive meals. At Mealeez, we don’t believe you should pay more than you have to, just to stay safe.

Why Family Subscriptions?

We recognise that if you set up a sub-account, it is most likely to be for another family member, but there may be multiple people linked to that same sub-account (parents & grandparents linked to a sub-account for example). Our PLUS subscription boasts some of the best value-for-money features in a food allergy app, but for your whole family to be able to use it would mean taking out individual subscriptions, which we believe is far too expensive, and unfair!

So our latest release of Mealeez will automatically share your PLUS subscription with your entire family, at no extra cost.

How To Share Your Subscription With Your Family

Here’s how to get your family set up with the new shared subscription:

  1. Sub-Accounts are Key: All family members who want to share your subscription must be linked to the same sub-account(s). This allows everyone to have their own personalized profiles and settings while benefiting from your active subscription.
  2. Admin Power: The person with the active Mealeez PLUS subscription needs to be an Administrator of that sub-account.
  3. Share Subscription: Once a family member is linked to the sub-account, they will automatically share your subscription, giving them unlimited food label scans, access to our powerful Recipe Assistant, detailed restaurant menu breakdowns, and so much more!
  4. Stay Active! To keep your family subscription active, the person with the active subscription must log in to Mealeez regularly. This ensures the system recognizes your ongoing usage and keeps everyone connected.
